The History department at the Gilberd has a long record of success based upon its use of up-to-date technology and variety in teaching methodologies to bring the past alive for all of our students. We use a wide range of teaching resources and methods including video and audio resources, re-enactments, group work, paired work and field work as well as more traditional forms of learning both inside and outside the classroom.
